PARKING: Is available in front of clinic, and there is a small parking lot to the right of clinic that you are welcome to use both free of charge. parking during the day can be tight, so please give yourself time. if you are unable to find parking- there is a PAID LOT behind building.
DIRECT BILLING: Our direct billing system is currently down temporarily.
Cancellation Policy : As a reminder, we require 24 hours for cancellations, failure to do so will result in a 50% fee for late cancellations, and 100% for no showing.
